Dont use travel agents. Book your accomodation and travel arrangements yourself. It should work out much cheaper!
Also as Turkey is not in the Euro your spending money will go much, much further here.
Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
Rental Periods
Low Season - November to April
Mid Season - May and October
High Season - June and September
Peak Season - July and August
Booking Notes
A non-refundable deposit of £75 per week is required to secure your booking with the remaining balance due eight weeks prior to departure.
A security deposit of £100 will be payable with your final balance but this will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the apartment has been made after your stay.
A compulsory cleaning charge of £30 is payable locally for the apartment to be thoroughly cleaned after your stay and all laundry done.
The use of air-conditioning and safety deposit box are included in the price.
How to Pay
You can either pay with personal cheques or postal orders.
We can also accept credit card payments via PayPal. To do this you will need an e-mail account to which we will send an invoice and all payments will be made online via PayPal's secure payment system. You do not need to have a PayPal account to do this.
Changeover day
We always try to be as flexible as possible regarding changeover days and times. However if we have an instance of people arriving and leaving on the same day then we must insist that check out time is no later than 11:00 and check in no earlier than 16:00.

Holiday Agreement
We send all our guests who book with us a "Short-Term Holiday Rental Agreement" for you to fill in and return. No booking can be considered binding if this is not filled in. It also acts as your proof of your right to be resident in the apartment. To view the form please click here
