Welcome to Our Place in Turkey - a spacious luxury 2 bedroom duplex apartment in the fantastic Turkish resort of Marmaris which is available for holiday rental all year round. This lovely property is in a quiet complex in Armutalan, which is considered to be the up and coming area of Marmaris.
The apartment is situated in the Nature Homes complex which consists of 60 apartments in 7 separate blocks. In the centre is a beautiful shared pool with landscaped gardens and is rarely ever crowded.
The lounge, dining room and both bedrooms are air conditioned and boast splendid mountain views as also does the large patio balcony. A large patio table and six chairs are provided, ideal for spending those long summer evenings enjoying your favourite tipple.
We purchased the property in 2006 after completion. It was our first holiday in Marmaris and we enjoyed it so much that we decided to buy a second home there. The friendliness of the locals were also a major factor in us making that decision.
The resort of Marmaris is truly the jewel of the Turkish Riviera. Marmaris is originally a Greek word meaning glittering and shining and this is a very apt description. It is Turkey's most sophisticated and multi-faceted resort. Located where the Aegean sea meets the Mediterranean the beautiful bay is famous for its yachting and cosmopolitan atmosphere.
